PT Caturkarda Depo Bangunan Tbk, widely recognized as Depo Bangunan, has announced a cash dividend of Rp 4.2 per share, totaling an impressive Rp 28.52 billion. This decision was made during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for 2024. According to the company’s official statement, as reported on Friday, June 20, 2025, the final dividend payment is scheduled to be completed by July 24, 2025. Additionally, the company has allocated Rp 5 billion for reserve funds, with the remainder being retained as earnings.
In the 2024 AGMS, the company also reported positive financial performance and made several key decisions that reflect its commitment to sustainable growth. Throughout 2024, the company achieved operating revenue of Rp 2.8 trillion, marking a 5.0% increase compared to 2023. The net profit recorded for the fiscal year 2024 reached Rp 95.24 billion. This success is attributed to strengthened business fundamentals, the expansion of new store networks, and ongoing operational efficiency management.
During 2024, the company opened three new outlets located in Rungkut (East Java), Rempoa (Jakarta), and Depok (West Java). The most significant growth contributors were from East Java and Bali, both of which experienced substantial sales increases. The AGMS also approved changes to the board of directors, appointing Henryanto Komala, previously an Independent Commissioner, as the new Deputy President Director. Meanwhile, the Independent Commissioner position has been filled by Sartono Budi Santoso, who brings extensive experience in the retail industry.
