Jetour Boosts Consumer Satisfaction in Indonesia with Travel+ Strategy

Jetour embraces its ‘Travel+’ strategy, going beyond simply selling cars to cultivate long-term driving experiences across Indonesia. By aligning with the evolving needs of consumers who are increasingly conscious of total ownership costs, Jetour implements competitive pricing, transparent maintenance expenses, and reliable after-sales services.

Currently, Jetour operates 16 showrooms strategically located in Jakarta, Bekasi, Bandung, Pontianak, Makassar, Batam, Semarang, Lampung, Surabaya, and Pekanbaru. Looking ahead, the brand aims to expand to 30 showrooms nationwide by the end of 2025, bringing its presence closer to more Indonesian customers.

We believe every model we introduce must resonate with the real needs of our consumers—covering technology, efficiency, lifestyle, and purchasing power. Our commitment is to deliver sustainable, competitive choices that uphold high global quality standards. For Jetour, Indonesia is more than just a market; it’s a vital partner in shaping the future of regional mobility,” shares Caroline Ling, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at PT Jetour Motor Indonesia.

Jetour’s entry into the Indonesian market is driven by a clear long-term vision. The company is ready to roll out a five-year roadmap that includes expanding its lineup with gasoline engines, plug-in hybrids, and pure electric vehicles.

“This isn’t a decision made overnight; it results from in-depth market research and a deep understanding of Indonesia’s unique automotive dynamics,” Caroline Ling explains.
